Girls, Girls, Girls

Best friends Mimmi and Rönkkö work together at a smoothie bar in the local shopping center. While Mimmi has a somewhat angry appearance, Rönkkö easily attracts the attention of boys with her quirky humor. Friday night is their regular night out and like every week it’s dominated by an unstoppable hunger for love and life. Professional figure skater Emma, on the other hand, has to be persuaded by her mother to go to parties.

In this energetic and original coming of age story, the three girls are followed over three consecutive Fridays as they gradually discover the difference between love and sex. The film won the Audience Award in the World Dramatic Competition at Sundance.
