Pavel (21min.)

An audiovisual production by filmmaker Jonathan Sipkema and songwriter Bente Hout. The short film is a triptych in which viewers follow three characters through the eyes of a fourth character. All characters symbolize some form of individuality. Megan stands for the influence other factors have on our choices. Austin illustrates accepting a situation and experiencing the consequences of our choices. Nico symbolizes going against what seems logical and following our own beliefs. Even, or perhaps especially, when this goes against what is mainstream. We follow Megan, Austin and Nico through the eyes of Pavel.
