When Lady, an 18-year-old Ethiopian refugee, hears that she has to leave the country in four days, she flees the city to make a choice between disappearing into illegality or returning to her home country. She meets an old, homeless guy called Wander and a special friendship develops. Together they wander through the city where she has never had anything and he has lost everything. The film was fully shot in Leeuwarden.

When the interview does not turn out the way Svanur had hoped for, a friend convinces them to take matters into their own hands. Although hesitant at first, Svanur decides it is time to return home, and stop hiding their true self.

After all there are a few irritating discrepancies. Director Johann Schultz, born in Schwerin in 1987, has made fifteen short films and one feature. Producer and protagonist Hille Norden is also an upcoming film director from Kiel.

Every hour the lonely man that lives in the cuckoo clock buckles himself in his launch chair and shoots out through the doors to shout "Cuckoo! Cuckoo!" at exactly the right time. His work is of vital importance, because the old lady sitting under the clock has to punctually take her medication every hour. When the man gets the chance to win a large sum of money in a radio quiz, he faces an unexpected dilemma. This absurd comedy is the directing debut of the Frisian actor and director Jörgen Scholtens, in cooperation with Videoland and DOXY films.
