Muziek: Kris Dane

Not many will know the name Kris Dane. Unjustly, because the Antwerp resident from Brussels has already played in a thousand and one groups. At seventeen he was part of the very first line-up of dEUS and afterwards he also played with Ghinzu for a while. Dane has also been pursuing a solo career since 2008. His first two albums remained under the radar, but with 'Rose Of Jericho' that could well change.

De Morgen calls the album an instant classic. And none of that is a lie. The ten songs sound like they were born somewhere in the western United States in the early 1970s. Dane's warm, intimate voice comes from the sober arrangements of guitar, percussion and strings.
