De Kameleon aan de ketting

What on earth happened at the care farm? Dead animals are found there on a summer night. Nando, a boy with Down's syndrome insists that he killed them but Sietse and Hielke don't believe it at all. Nando doesn't do things like that. There must be more to it. Their search gets complicated when a stern lady from The Hague decides that the Kameleon has to be chained. After all, their sturdy and super-fast boat runs on diesel. And that is, according to the latest directives, forbidden. But Sietse and Hielke will not let anything or anyone stop them. The truth must come to light. Piece by piece the riddle is solved in The Kameleon Chained (De Kameleon aan de ketting), the fourth great film adventure about the twins Sietse and Hielke.
