Case Study: Trial of Hein

During this Case Study, we will dive into the making of the North-German film Trial of Hein, filmed on the Wadden island Norderney. Producers Dirk Decker en Andrea Schütte from TamTam Film will discuss the production process using clips from the film.

You can find more info here about Trial of Hein, the impressive debut of director Kai Stänicke, who also wrote the script. It premiered earlier this year at the 76th Berlinale, where it won the Jury Prize as the opening film of the Perspectives-program. The screening at the Noordelijk Film Festival marks the film's Dutch premiere, and is presented in collaboration with Internationales Filmfest Emden-Norderney.
