What we expect from you
- Minimum availability: we ask that you be available for at least 3 shifts of 8 hours;
- Shift times: we schedule you for a maximum of 6.5 hours per shift (except for set-up and dismantling, which are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);
- Suitability: for positions such as location manager, room coordinator, and Team Access, we also consider the suitability of the volunteer;
- Preferences: we take your preferences into account as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee this.
- Response: After registering, you will receive a response within 3 to 4 business days. Please note: registrations are closed.
The benefits of being a volunteer
- You will be part of the most sociable group of volunteers!
- You get your own crew shirt;
- Depending on which shift you are on, you will receive a delicious lunch or dinner;
- Outside of your shift, if you work three or more shifts of at least six hours, you can attend any of the films shown during the festival free of charge (provided there is still space in the theater).
