Stories From Shamehill

This instrumental surf trio takes you on a reverberating and roaring journey, from the salty sea breeze at the beach to the scorching heat of the desert. The reverb-soaked, unpolished sound of this band would not be out of place in an obscure Tarantino film. But on Wednesday night, Joris de Haan on electric guitar, Marco Stolker on bass guitar and Arend Keeman on drums and percussion will bring the party to De Harmonie after the Waddenzee film Silence of The Tides. After all, it is the opening night of the festival and the Dutch premiere of the film, so it's okay to dance a little as well on to the relentless uptempo stompers and plain ol' wave-riders.
