In the Land of Saints and Sinners

Liam Neeson returns to his roots for In the Land of Saints and Sinners, and in his new role, he takes with him the Hollywood-acquired character of a stark man with killing skills. He plays Finbar, a hitman who decides it is time for him to retire. He leaves for a remote Irish village expecting to finally find peace there. However, once he arrives in the village, Finbar becomes embroiled in a deadly cat-and-mouse game with a trio of vengeful killers. He is forced to fight for redemption after a life of sin, but how far is he willing to go?

In the Land of Saints and Sinners owes its high viewability not only to the quality cast (in addition to Neeson; Kerry Condon and Jack Gleeson), but also to the typically Irish setting, which make this action thriller a visual delight.
